Shipping & Delivery
Every painting that leaves Monique’s studio is treated with the same care and attention that went into creating it. Original art deserves to arrive safely — and we take that seriously.
Where We Ship
Monique Paré ships original paintings within Canada and the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
If you’re located outside North America and are interested in a painting or commission, please contact us — we’re happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
How Shipping Works
Because each painting is unique in size, weight, and destination, shipping is quoted individually for every order. There is no automated shipping cost at checkout.
After you place your order, Monique will contact you personally within 48 hours with an exact shipping quote based on your painting’s dimensions and your delivery address. You are under no obligation to proceed — if the shipping cost doesn’t work for you, your order can be cancelled with a processing fee.
Once you approve the quote, payment for shipping is arranged separately and your painting is carefully prepared for its journey.
Packaging
Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Original paintings on canvas are shipped on their stretcher bars — they are never rolled. All shipments include tracking and insurance.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier availability and your location. All times are counted from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Quebec: 3–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before unpacking further, keep all original packaging, and contact us within 48 hours at hello@moniquepare.com. All shipments are insured and we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
Local Pickup
Based in the Montreal area or visiting the Laurentians? Local pickup is available from Monique’s studio by appointment. Contact us to arrange.
